Is there an off-line installer available for the ABBYY language packs?

There is no offline installer available for the ABBYY ocr language packs, but if you have one device which is online, you can download the languages, and then close the software, and navigate here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Tracker Software\Common
Copy the entire "Common" folder, and migrate it to the same location on the offline device, then launch the Editor there, the software should recognize the languages as installed.
