Hello,

I run the plus Version and in the settings Finereader is shown.
But it cannot be invoked since the appropriate icon won't work. It is greyed out.
Does my license not include OCR or can you help me?

Hello Hans,

Please make sure that you do not post any license information in these public forums!
I did check your account in our system, and you have an Editor Plus license, so the issue is likely not with the license but rather with the installation.
Please log into your account on our website, and download the installation package you will see next to your license key. Download and install that and select "Full install" and you should then get all the components re/installed and working for you!
