Add "Straighten text lines" OCR option

Please consider adding the ability to correct straightness distortion of lines of text in the image preprocessing settings (apply to conversion and OCR). This is a very common situation for taking photographs of documents and then storing them as PDFs.

The current version of the application refuses to recognize this test document, although you can see for yourself that the text is clear and understandable.

After speaking with the dev team, we have created a formal feature request on this item for you:

#6251: FR: OCR - straighten text lines

Do note that this will be a complex feature, and not something that I can promise will arrive in a short timeframe.
