Changing Saturation and Fainting the whole PDF

Hello!!
We switched to Xchange editor from Bluebeam recently, happy so far but there are 2 things I am lacking currently:
1- Being able to faint the whole file or any particular page.
We are using it to mark up and put sketches on pdf but since we work on architectural drawings, it doesn't always shout out. (some architects use so much color) If we could faint the base drawing, that would have been awesome.
2- Unflatten.
When we send the drawings, we want to flatten but also unflatten them after we send them to be able to make further changes. So that the receiver won't be able to make changes or pick up the markups on Adobe whatsoever but we will be able to markup anytime we want.
Apart from these, we are adding our own tools (stamps) by drafting them, if there is a library we can use to download some civil/structural design stamps, we can benefit, that would be good.
