Copy paste without line break

Any advice on how to paste from PDF-xce into Word, and stop line-breaks from being included, and basically make the text fill the whole text field?
Maybe this is something you can tweak in PDF-xce?

Hello, MedBooster
You can try unchecking this option, however it will only prevent us from adding additional line breaks where there are not native line break characters already present.

If actual line break characters are present, we do not currently offer an option to strip them in the copied data. You may want to see this other recently active thread on the topic:

hmm....
even after enabling this setting, the text looks like this (see the attached screenshot)
It would be great to have all lines after the indent stay at the same indent
AFP (Alpha-fetoprotein)
Relevant for liver or germ cell tumors, not colorectal cancer.
Beta HCG
Associated with germ cell tumors, not typically elevated in colorectal cancer.
CA 15-3
Associated with breast cancer, not relevant for colorectal cancer.

Hello, MedBooster
That looks like a screenshot from inside of the Editor. Changing this setting will not affect the appearance of anything inside the Editor, it only prevents us from adding any additional linebreak characters to the content that is put into the clipboard.
If you are looking to "justify" the text, allowing for the block to have a more rectangular appearance, than you should enable justified alignment for the text in question in the properties.
Kind regards,

Justify text doesn't change anything btw. edit: if you change the properties of a textbox which already has the text:
it just makes the words spaced a bit further apart from each other..
For new textboxes it works fine now (new post below)

Hmm... "justify ALL" what does this do differently? I couldn't find an explanation in the manual

I just made a new text box with "justify" (not justify all, whatever the difference is) and now indents look much better, I guess I just had to create a new text box and type in information manually rather than changing an existing text box's properties.

PS: please check the status on saving indent distances to presets (custom favourite tools)

no ticket yet it seems... and this seems relevant to the discussion on bullet point aesthetics.
Luckily I was able to save "justify" as the default for text alignment

Hello, MedBooster
Regarding the first post, the most likely issue is that a hard return character is present there. alignment does not change reflow positions, you would need to manually remove the return character so that the justification can have a tangible effect. Otherwise, creating new items and adding this content in would have the same effect, as you usually would not use hard return characters in a position you do not want them.
Regarding the other post, no ticket was made, but the Dev team has accepted the request, and is looking into its viability. I still cannot promise it will be done, but they are looking into it now.
Kind regards,
