Markdown converter - Params - MarginTop ignored

Hi Support,

'conv.imp.markdown' converter.

mdParams = IPXV_FormatConverter::CreateParams()

mdParams['Options.MarginTop'].v = 150
mdParams['Options.MarginBottom'].v = 300

The MarginTop value is ignored and MarginBottom value is used both for top and bottom margin.

Hello zarkogajic,

I've passed your report to our devs.

I could not quite test it on my end - as I only found a few MarkDown sample files - and was facing some other issues (also reported to the devs) with those files.
