Problem with lines thickness

Hi,
Sorry in advance if I do not publish my message in the right place, I had a hard time finding the list of shows. :oops:
Since a few months I have a display problem with the thickness of the lines.
Whether I choose between 1pt or 12pt thickness, the lines always remain thin ... I can no longer get very thick lines facilitating their visibility on pdf A0 plans.
I already tried twice to uninstall the PDF X CHANGE VIEWER application and I deleted the TRACKER folder in the PROGRAM folder of WINDOWS, but unfortunately it does not work. Even after a complete reinstallation, the problem persists. :cry:
Can you help me please?

Welcome to our Forum.

Please disable this feature and the problem will be resolved:

...or just press Ctrl + 5.

The key combination is the same for the PDF Viewer if this is what you have installed.
