OCR Pages - Folder Monitor cannot specify save folder

I am trying to use Folder Monitor with OCR Pages to monitor different folders and execute OCR Pages on those folders.

The save folder is defaulting to the last save folder I specified in the manually run process.

Is there an option I am missing to be able to specify the save folder on a Folder Monitor OCR Pages job? I can specify the input folder but not the output folder.

Folder monitors are beholden to the tool being run, since it is possible to have multiple save actions in a tool, and some do not save at all, but may email or print instead. As such, you will need to configure the save action to be used in the tool itself being called by the folder monitor. You can use macros to make this process notably easier:

I'm still unfortunately a bit confused.

As an example, if I have 3 folders that I am monitoring for OCR Pages actions, I need to specify a unique output folder for each of those actions. I don't see how I can do that with a macro syntax when it is relying on one global Save Documents setting that is used both for Folder Monitors-OCR Pages and for manual OCR Pages actions.

Example:
Input folders: >>> Output folders:
Red -> Black
Blue -> Grey
Green -> Yellow

Could I submit a feature request that the Folder Monitor tool have its own Save Documents settings for each Folder Monitor action listed? The Folder Monitors-OCR Pages settings already has an option to 'Move original input files to folder:', it seems logical to also have a Save Documents option as well.

The best way to handle this situation would be to clone the tool, and create one with a custom destination to use with each monitor. As mentioned before, the ability for there to be multiple save or otherwise output actions in a tool prevents a monitor from directly influencing that.
