Can't underline text if there's highlight on top

Hi,

There's an issue with the Underline Text Tool

Steps to reproduce
Following actions performed with stylus
1. Highlight text with the Highlight Text Tool
2. Underline the same text with the Underline Text Tool

Issue
Can't underline text.
It can be fixed by enabling the Exclusive Mode on Underline Text tool. The issue is that I have to disable it cause my workflow involves the following steps

• 1. Highlight text with stylus

• 2. Underline the same text with stylus

• 3. Click the same text with finger touch to invoke the pop-up Note. That step can't be reproduced if Exclusive Mode is enabled on the Highlight Text Tool

• 4. Add some notes in the pop-up Note of underlined text

As you can see in the bottom Toolbar Exclusive Mode is disabled on Underline Text Tool

Additionnal info
There's no issue when using a mouse/touchpad even if Exclusive Mode is disabled

Maybe there's a room for improvement by detecting the stylus sliding gesture and make it have the same behavior as the one on mouse/touchpad.
