Hi,
It's a feature request.
Issue
I often unintentionally click the scrollbar with my ring or pinky finger when annotating PDF with stylus at the very right edge of the screen in portrait orientation which cause page changing.
Solution
Ignore finger touchscreen input on scrollbars
Additional info
That feature is supported on Microsoft OneNote and Drawboard PDF
GIF - Microsoft OneNote
Action performed with finger touch - Finger touchscreen inputs aren't registered on scrollbars
Thanks for considering this,
