When you pinch in or out on a device that supports touch operation, it zooms in and out centered on the touched point. When the PDF-XChange Editor is set to Ribbon Layout, I noticed that the zoom in/out is centered on the opposite Y-axis of the touched point.
In the first half of the video, you pinch in and out the top-left rectangle and the bottom-left cross mark in Standard Layout to confirm that they work correctly. Note the change in the zoom frame in the thumbnail pane.
In the second half of the video, after changing to Ribbon Layout, the same operation is performed. For example, when you try to pinch in and pinch out the top-left rectangle on the page, the the bottom-left cross mark appears on the page. Conversely, if you pinch in and out the bottom-left cross mark on the page, you will see the top-left rectangle on the page.
This issue occurs when your hand is off the screen before the pinch operation. If you accept the zoomed-in or zoomed-out position as it is and continue the pinch operation while touching the screen, the pinch operation and the center of the zoomed display on the screen will coincide.
Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Best regards,
rakunavi
