Better reading voice

It would be nice if there were better text-to-speech voice engines available, seeing how good some of the AI powered ones are.

I believe that we use the voices already available in Windows, so we can not really improve those from our end. However please check whether for your language there is more than one voice and see if you can install those additional ones in your OS.
