Re: Error when signing document
I tried disabling the 'Include Signature's Revocation Status' option, but it didn't resolve the issue.

Hello ditkaznipi@kmge.kz,
Welcome to our forums! Can you please try to update to the current latest version (build 392), and then see if the issue is still there.
Also - are you using a certificate from e.g. a smart card, or a self generated one? Can you try to create a new digital signature certificate and see if you can sign with that new one?
Kind regards,
Stefan

Re: Error when signing document
Hello, ditkaznipi@kmge.kz
Thank you for testing that. May I ask where you acquired this certificate? Is it one you creating using our software (self signed), or did your acquire it from an official "Certificate Authority" (CA)?
If it was acquired from an official CA, does it work in any other applications at this time, or do you see similar errors for others?
Kind regards,

Re: Error when signing document
Hi,
The certificate was obtained from the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (https://pki.gov.kz/). It works seamlessly on Kazakhstani websites. In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, documents are signed without any issues.

Re: Error when signing document
Hello ditkaznipi@kmge.kz,
Just to confirm - it is this exact same certificate that you are using in Adobe's products and it works for document signing?
If that is true - we will ask our developers working on digital signatures to also take a look at this topic and advise further!
Kind regards,
Stefan
