1) would you consider implementing a HeX color field input box, similar to the ones available for font size/type?

2) (PowerToys) , would you consider adding a keyboard shortcut button to the color picker in PDF-XCE so that you don't have to enter the "more colors" tray/palette/menu whatever you call it to change the color. Or wouldn't that work because you would have to pick stroke or fill color first?

3) [Suggestion applying to ALL input boxes]
would you consider allowing keyboard shortcuts to basically open this drop-down menu (with the ability to type in it) or use arrow up/down Enter to choose a size or recent HeX color choice in this case?

1. Unlikely, as for the vast majority of users, the RGB configuration is much more easily digestible, but I will pass it on.
2. Likely impossible for the reason your suspect, but it will be passed on.
3. This one somewhat already exists. Once you have a custom color in place, it appears for quick selection on any other color dropdowns: There is no keyboard shortcut for it, as that would be extremely complex to configure in a predictable way, but considering that a given content item will only ever have (at most) 2 colors to choose from, this should not be too cumbersome.

An update, #1 has been accepted, and a ticket made:
RT#7218: FR: Allow/show Hex color input directly from properties panel
While #2/3 have both been rejected, I am sorry to say they will not be seeing implementation.

@Daniel I'd like to add my vote for this for #1.

For people with web backgrounds, actually hex configuration is much more easily accessible. We're more used to seeing hex colors, ie for red FF0000 rather than 255,0,0

#1 is indeed now with a ticket for it, and would be implemented when our devs get to it in their ToDo lists. I do not have a time frame yet though.
