Hi All

I have been using custom stamps with interactive fields - to customise the text in the stamp when placing in the document.

This was working fine until just recently, but it now appears to no longer work. Now when I place the stamp, the example text is used, and I am offered no option to customise anymore.

Currently on PDF-XChange Editor Plus 10.2.1 build 385

Is there a known issue here? I searched the forums but didn't see anyone else having similar issue.

I dont believe that I saw any similar reports myself of such an issue existing back in that build, but we have released quite a few new versions since. If there is any chance it is a bug in the older version, I would recommend that you update to build 392, and see if that resolves the issue.

Alternatively, it is possible that if you tried to "re-create/update" the stamp at some point recently, you made a mistake in your process, and "flattened" it, resulting in the loss of the dynamic content/scripts which are needed to show the prompts/changes you speak of.

If the update to build 392 does not help, I will need to ask that you export your settings (File > manage settings > export settings) and ensure you choose to include "custom stamp collections" (in this case, that is the only item we actually need, so you can uncheck the other options). Then please send us a copy of your stamp collection, and some screenshots of which stamps are not working as expected.
If the stamps contain any sensitive information, such as signatures, please do not upload them to the public forums, instead, send them by email to us via <Support@PDF-XChange.com>, with a link to this post so we can find it.

Thanks for info.
Worley recently rolled out some significant Windows updates so I suspect perhaps that has combined with the older 385 to create this issue - will work with our IT to update to 392 and see how that goes.
