Sorry if my bug has already been discussed here but I didn't find
So here what is happening when I configure this :
BT & HTA are reset to default each time when I restart the computer or even when I close PDF XChange Editor and reopen it
Whereas it's working and never reset to default for those :
So I would appreciate it if my settings of polygon lines never went back to default like before, is it possible and how please ?

If changes are not being saved, there is an error occuring during the closing process preventing us from writing, or some third party application is reverting those changes after they are made. We store your settings in the windows "current user" registry, so if you have any tools monitoring or making changes there (some security apps, and other cleaning tools, like CCleaner are common culprits of this).
If you are using such third party apps, please do check their settings, and whitelist or make an exception for the following registry keys:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Tracker Software
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tracker Software
After that, try again, this time ensuring that the Editor closes properly, without any error messages. The best way to accomplish that is to ensure:
1. You are running the latest build (392)
2. You have saved and closed your documents before closing the app
3. Never leave the application open, while using a windows "shut down" command, as this can force close the app without saving.
