Print email with attachments in a single file

Hi, I often print the text of an email to PDF from Outlook, and to the generated file I add the PDF attachments I need to obtain a single file.
Is it possible to perform this operation in a single maneuver? That is, generate a single PDF file composed of:
- Email text
- Selected attachments
Thanks in advance

Hello, Davide78

When printing, no, because Outlook does not provide the attachment data in a print operation, we have no way to know it is present in the first place.

However, if you have a license for our Standard printer (Part of the PDF-XChange PRO bundle) and are using a locally installed version of Microsoft Office than we offer an office addin which can control how attachments are handled, and you can configure them to include the attachments in their original formats, or attempt to convert them all to PDF and append them to the email.

(Important: the "New"/"Online" versions of MS Office 365 are incompatible with our office addons at the time of writing this post)

Kind regards,

I think I have everything you say, but from what I see it is a much smaller version than your screenshot.

Hello Davide78,

Yes - you are probably using an older build.
Please open the Editor on your machine and go to Help -> About and you would be able to check the build currently installed.
If it is older than build 392 - you would need to update to get the same settings as on Dan's screenshot.

Kind regards,
Stefan
