New license does not recognize last days of current one.

Please, I need some help here!
I just bought a new license and activated it, but the program doesn't seem to recognize the remaining days of the current license (52), since it already says expiration date.
I thought the program would recognize it. What do I do?
Please, help!!!

There are a few things that might be affecting the maintenance end dates on licenses, so we will need to check that thoroughly for you, and then discuss your license key(s) - so it's better if we do not do it in the public forums!

The support team is fantastic!!! They have always offered me the best solutions and always provided wonderful service!
The problem was caused by me and they resolved it very quickly!
I love the program, not only for the facilities it offers me, but also for the support team and the service they provide!
