Below I report two issues with the MSOffice Toolbar Add-in. All of these are related to Word.
Issue #1
- Normally the heading depths are varied by 1, 2, 3, and so on, but I have noticed that when you convert a Word file to PDF using the "Convert to PDF" command with non-continuous heading depths, such as 1, 2, 4, etc., the bookmarks at the same heading level appear at different levels. I know this is an irregular structure, but at least when converted to PDF from the Export menu in Word, it appears as in the original document.
- Limit heading levels to level 4 and beyond (second video)
- Using a Word file with heading level 3 added, further limiting the heading level to level 4 and beyond (third video)
-
- There is an "Expand All Bookmarks" option on the Bookmarks tab of the settings dialog that opens from the Edit Settings command. However, as you can see in the video, even when the option is unchecked, it still generates bookmarks in the expanded state and does not seem to be working properly.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Best regards,
rakunavi
