[UX & Usability] Availability of the Delete button on the Advanced tab of the Document Metadata dialog

Summary
If there are no selected items in the metadata list, the Delete button is not disabled, although it should be.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the Document Properties dialog in any document with metadata.
2. Go to the Description tab.
3. Click the Additional Metadata… button.
4. Go to the Advanced tab.

Expected Behavior
The Delete button is unavailable until the user selects at least one item.

Actual Behavior
The Delete button is active but does nothing.

- OS: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26200.7623
- App version: PDF-XChange Editor 10.8.1, build 406
