The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 11.0.0.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
When a zoom level is set for a layer, the layer's ON/OFF status should depend solely on the document view's zoom level. However, I noticed that the layer's ON/OFF status also changes based on the zoom level of the Loupe tool within the Loupe window. Since the Loupe tool merely magnifies the document view, changes to its zoom level should not affect the layer's ON/OFF status.
In the verification video below, PDF-XChange Editor is operated on the left side of the screen and Adobe Acrobat on the right. The document view is displayed at the top and the Loupe tool window at the bottom for each. The sample file's layers are set to display between 100% and 200% zoom levels.
Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
Best regards,
rakunavi
