Dear,
Im looking to make a callout with the text upper the arrow, without text box marked, how i can do it ?
Help will be appreciated

Hi,
Your best option is simply to add text to the popup note for the comment. It will then appear as in the upper comment here:
If that's not to your preference, you can also simply use the add text tool to add text above the comment - though in that case the text of course would not be directly connected to/associated with the comment.

Thanks for the answer.
I already use the add text tool to add the texte above the comment, but i would like to connect/associate it with the arrow, of course automated...

Unfortunately our hands are tied here. The PDF specification is fairly strict about the appearance properties available to each comment type. It is the same reason we cannot add "multi-leader" callout comments, despite the very large, and very vocal crowd who has been begging for them for years.
If the Specification changes to allow for an "only underline" style property on callout comments, this may be possible. Until then, the only solution will be creating a composite group of comments, like a line, and arrow tool, with a typewritten text box above them.
