In PDF Tools 4.0, the Scan Direct option is "wizard"-based. This is good when each scan job requires different settings, but is not so good with multiple scan jobs that have the same settings. Can an additional scanning facility be added so that settings can be defined, then all scan jobs thereafter use the same settings?

As an example, if I have 5 scan jobs (each containing 5 pages), I'd like to be able to define the PDF settings then scan each of the jobs into PDF documents without having to change any settings (other than PDF filename). The objective is to improve the speed of scanning.

If you have PDF-Tools Version 4 - then your license also allows your use of the Viewer PRO (copy your serial number into the Viewer Edit Menu -> Preferences -> Registration option) - which you may find more suited to your needs.
