Im using the German ct promo version right now runing an "emulated" Windows on my Gentoo Linux. Something like your PDF Exchanger or better PDF Tools are missing on my OS of choice. Will there ever be a version of it for Linux? Integrating it in the two major printinig systems lprng and cups shouldnt be that difficult once the code base is ported. An since QT from Trolltech has now become a little more free a common codebase for not just Windows and Linux could make some sence.
For now I am afraid we are just too busy with upgrades to existing products, new products and the upcoming 64 bit versions for Windows.
Also the print mechanisms embedded in Linux means we would need to undertake a large amount of work to facilitate this - so for now at least I have to say it is not on our immeadiate list of 'Jobs to do'
