Hi,
I cannot figure out how to add (spawn) pages from template, and import data from fdf.
What I have to do is to import field's data into pdf form (using fdf file), and add necessary number of pages needed. Attached archive contains a fdf sample (with Pages array) and pdf file that contains template page. If you run fdf file on the workstation that has Acrobat, pages are added and fields are populated. Must to do the same thing in PDF-XChange Viewer.
When I try to execute fdf file directly using PDFXCview.exe, I'm getting the error:
"Error opening document ... .fdf": Error [PDF Structure 40]: Required Property is not set.
Running delphi 7 code:
CoPDFXCview1.RunJavaScript('this.templates[0].spawn(this.numPages,true,false);', bsResult, iActiveDocID, PXCVA_NoApply)
does NOT add page to the document. Could you, please, help me to import content of fdf into pdf (both attached) using PDF-XChange Viewer? If not, do you have any suggestions, how to do that? I thought fdf would be the simplest way.
Thanks in advance,
Slavik.

Re: Spawn Page / Template
Hi,
PDF-XChange Viewer doesn't support for now spawning pages from templates (and, as result, /Pages are not handled when .fdf is importing).
This feature will be added into new version of the viewer.

Thanks, Ivan.
Do you have any timetables when this could be done, so I could estimate a time when my project could be finished, or look for some other workarounds.
Best Regard,
Slavik.
