The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 11.0.1.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
Since version 11.0.0, PDF-XChange Editor has introduced custom dialogs for "Open Files" and "File Save As."
I noticed a scenario where the application crashes when accessing an unavailable shared folder. When attempting to access a server that is currently down, an error message "The network path was not found." appears, but the breadcrumb path still updates to the shared folder's path.
If you trigger the "New Folder" command via the tool button or the context menu at this point, the application goes through the following sequence and ultimately crashes:
- The "New Folder" dialog appears, prompting for a new folder name.
- An error message appears stating that the network path cannot be found.
- After clicking "Cancel" on the error dialog and waiting a few moments, the application crashes.
Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you for your hard work on this great software.
Best regards,
rakunavi
