I am using the PDF-XChange Viewer (ActiveX) version 2.5.308.2. How can I get a notification that a user has inserted a page or a group of pages? Also How would I get the page numbers associated with this insertion?

Hi Ashley.
I'm afraid, but its impossible with Viewer SDK. But with new Editor SDK you will be able to handle deleting/inserting/reordering pages as well. Also, with this SDK exists way to get list of page indexes that have been moved/deleted or inserted(from other document for example).
