When I look at a pdf sheet's property there is "Label" definition. Is there a way to extract a pdf sheet so that it uses the "Label" as the pdf name after it is extracted?
Also let's say that I have individual pdf's and I combine them into one pdf. The "Label" definition matches what the name of the individual pdf's were before they were combined.

I am sorry to say that no, I do not believe this is possible. Page Labels are incorporated by the number pages system, and thus cannot be maintained when moving pages between documents.
