Hello AliBaba,

Welcome to our forums and thanks for the report.
Is IE running in protected mode? Can you try to disable this temporarily and see if it works when?

Regards,
Stefan

Hello Alibaba,

I have not seen this problem before - so asked my colleagues from the dev team to take a look.
As soon as we've managed to investigate and take a look - we will post back here.

Regards,
Stefan

Is a real problem, otherwise we are forced again to upgrade to AAcrobat Reader.

Our company have the same problem with some clients which use a Plotter as printing devices directly from PDF xChange, on normal laser printers it works fine. On ISO A3 the error occured but (mostly, on some documents this is also not an solution) not when they print in ISO A4 format. Saving the document and printing it with Adobe Acrobat Reader on the same printer shows no problem. Is their an another solution btw?
Greetings
Harald

Hello Schmieder_Schnieder,

We've received your email, and after testing here, we were unable to reproduce the issue in the current version, can you please verify that you do indeed have the latest update for the Editor by sending a screenshot of the Help > About dialog box?
Following that, please ensure you have all the latest driver updates for the printer/plotter, and if that does not resolve the issue, please send us a link to the download of those drivers so that our Development team can test in house.
