PDT-Tools batch delete of images

...Correction from previous post. Can't find or edit it, so posting new...

Trying to batch delete Images (not Watermarks) from a collection of PDFs.

For whatever reason, watermarks that were inserted earlier have been transmuted into regular images. Now, the 'Remove Watermarks' feature no longer deletes them.

Also, 'Flatten' does not work.

Any way batch delete images?
