The font in field appears different each PC

Dear friends

Hi. Thank you for checking this topic.
We have recently found out something weird happening with PDF-XChange Editor.
The font in field appears different in each user.

For example, two members of my department are using the same version of PDF-XChange Editor.(8.0.336.0)
But they open the same file though, the font is displayed differently like below.

User 1

User 2
image1.png
The font we intend is User 2.
Could you let us know which setting is related to this issue, please?

Hi, BrianNamgung

Most likely this is a System font related issue. Not all docuemnts have their fonts embedded, meaning that on some machines a substitute will be used if the original font is not available. Likely one of those two is the intended font for this text, and the other is a substitute offered because that machine does not have the correct font installed.
Please ensure that all the same fonts are installed on both machines, and this content should appear the same on both machine.

Dear Daniel,

Thank you so much for your quick support :)

As you suggested, we checked which fonts are installed in the users' computers. And both of them have the same fonts installed. (With Adobe Acrobat Reader, the font appears without any matter on both.)

It seems like that it cannot recognize which fonts to connect to.
May the language of OS affect to this issue?

Please let us know any other options to apply.

The language should not affect the issue. Could I possibly ask you to send us a copy of that document, along with a copy of the font file which should be in use so that we can test locally?

I am so sorry to reply you too late.
We decided to use a workaround instead of fixing it but recently have got to know it still causes so much complaints from our office workers. So as you suggested, we sent you one of the forms making the problem.

Are you able to zip up the font you are using as well, and send that to us, Also, if you could fill in one of these fields with the correct so that I can copy it easily (I do not have a Japanese keyboard, and my handwriting is terrible..) to paste into the field and see what occurs on this end.
