PowerPoint Hyperlinks

Hi. We have a PowerPoint presentation with hyperlinks in it that bounce the user between pages. Please see the attached two page example.

1) If we save it as a PDF using Acrobat, the hyperlinks still work whether displayed in Acrobat or PDFX.
2) If we save it as a PDF using the Save As dialog box and select PDF, the hyperlinks still work whether displayed in Acrobat or PDFX.
3) If we print to to PDF using Microsoft Print to PDF, the hyperlinks still work whether displayed in Acrobat or PDFX.
4) if we use the PDFX menu add-in in PowerPoint, the hyperlinks DO NOT work when displayed in Acrobat of PDFX.

Are there settings in PDFX that would enable these hyperlinks to work?

Thanks for the reply. I had tried that setting yesterday but it did not work. I verified my settings with your screenshot and they match. Still no luck. I'm using version 8.339

The current latest is build 341, please update and try once again. If that doesn't help, please send us a copy of the Powerpoint file you are trying to convert so that we can look into what may be going on.

PowerPoint is attached to the first post. It does not work with build 341.

Thank you for pointing that out, clearly I need ot open my eyes. I have reproduced this now and am just bringing it to the attention of our dev team. I cannot say when this will be resolved, but now that they are aware know it will be prioritized appropriately.

the Dev team have just come back to me and confirmed that they have reproduced this and are working on a resolution. The fix should be available for the next release. I apologize for the inconveniences in the meantime.
