I have had this problem for several weeks now. Every 15 minutes I have to reopen the files because the letters become distorted or disappear over time (picture attach). Is this something that has to do with the configuration of the program? I have several readers and none of them make this kind of problem. Hope someone can help me because this reader is the best, thanks.
