Selecting multiple Objects
How do you select more than one object, such as cloud, line, circle, etc.
In other software, usually an object is selected + shift key.
Please advise.

Re: Selecting multiple Objects
Hello jajamaru,
In the Editor Shift is used to enable Exclusive mode for the selected tool. While this mode is enabled, you cannot select background objects. This helps you avoid accidentally selecting background objects while placing new ones.
If you would like to select multiple annotations, you can do so by holding down the Ctrl button or by using the Select Comments tool and then dragging a rectangle around the objects using the left mouse button.
Regards,
Radi

Re: Selecting multiple Objects
Hi tym3k,
it should indeed be working in the current version. Can you confirm that you are using 9.2.359.0 (Help then Check for Updates).
It should really be as simple as selecting the "Select Comments" Tool and either dragging a marquee, or using CTRL plus left click to select what you want. You can even "deselect" this way:
Does that help?

Hello Tymek,
I'm afraid not.
Managing annotations in our PDF Editor is a free feature.
This means that you can install our PDF Editor as a free version and use it to manage your annotations.
Regards.

Hi joxeme,
For as far as I know, it is currently not possible to select an object in a window and then select a second object in an other window.
Kind regards.
