Feature request: Bulleted/Numbers list?

Post by B1nk »

- Switching from both Adobe Acrobat and Foxit, they all have the ability to create bulleted/numbered list.
- The ability to create bulleted/numbered lists, would really make PDF X-change the best PDF app!

Hi, B1nk

Thank you for the request, We have seen a few requests for this, and while it may be coming in the future, it is admittedly a low priority currently. For the time being you should be able to copy a bullet point from any other application to insert it here.

Kind regards,

I would also love to do this, because even though you admittedly could use autohotkey or something to just insert a bullet point as unicode, it just doesn't give you the same workflow as being able to trigger it with a shortcut and just having to press enter /tab to indent and outdent etc.
Or perhaps this has already been implemented?

Boy has this been implemented in the meantime :)

There are not only bulleted lists, but all sorts of numbered lists and diverse other formatting options available:

I upgraded from PDF-viewer to PDF-editor and still I can't seem to see any bullet points, maybe this is an outdated version and I somehow can't download the newest one? I also couldn't seem to be able to create a shortcut for it, are you able to do so? For example setting Ctrl+Ø to enable bullet point etc.

This assumes that Ribbon interface is being utilized.
Add Bullets command to your Home or any other tab. To do this click on Help->Customize Toolbars. In the Customize Toolbars window click on the Commands tab and type bullet. Drag the Bullets icon to the Home or any other tab.

Select the Typewriter icon and click inside your document. Click on the arrow down below Bullets and pick a style.

Hi Medbooster,

Lev is right. In the current version bullets are available in both comments and base content. In both cases look to the dynamic "Format" ribbon that appears when these tools are used:
