error installing PDF-Exchange Lite

I just purchjased and downloaded the PDF-Exchange Lite.

When I install it I get an error at the end before it askes for my registration key that says

"Printers - Opperation could not be comleted"

Then it lets me put in my reg # but when I restart there is not pdf printer installed.

I have closed all other applications, turned off my Anti-virus software, deleted and tryed re-installing, deleted and re-downloaded the software, still I get the same error.

My system is running windows xp professional

Hi,

Could I ask you to please download and insatll PDF-XChange Lite V3 and use this until tomorrow when our dev team are available to investigate - your serial number is compatible with both V3 and V4.
