Moving Stamp to Different Collection - Dynamic Sizing

Is it possible to move a stamp to a different collection?
I tried dragging, but this did not work.

A nice to have for future release would be the ability to dynamically resize the stamp being placed.
Sometimes when I have to samp a number of pages, the stamps need resizing and a way to resize before placing such as a Ctrl-Mouse scrolling control would be great.

At the moment, no it is not possible to move stamps between collections. When a stamp is made, it is given a special identifier that is part of the document, and page it holds within the PDF document that the stamps data is held in. Moving the page does not also bring this data across.
If you need to move a stamp from one collection to the other, you will need to re-add (or re-create) the stamp, and add it to the new collection, the remove it from the former.
