Export to Word/Excel feature missing

Hey all,

I'm missing a feature from the export menu PDF-XChange Editor.

As I understand you should be able to go File > Export > Export to Microsoft Word

I only have two options:

Export to Microsoft Powerpoint
Export to Images

My machine has Office 365 installed and licensed.

I've looked in the preferences and the Convert from PDF tab only has the pre mentioned options in and I don't know how to add Word / Excel etc.

Any help greatly appreciated

A few things to verify:
- make sure that you have installed the latest version of PDF-XChange Editor (9.4.363.0) - see Help-ribbon > About
- in File > Preferences > Registration, the check-box "Hide all licensed features ..." should be empty
- in File > Preferences > Plug-Ins, make sure that the check-box at "PDF to MS-Office Converters" is active (if it is not, then activate it and restart PDF-XChange Editor
