Any way to darken PDF's text?

I have a PDF, whose text is somewhat too light.

Is there any way to darken the text of a PDF? Or, make it crisper/sharper?

If the text is a text object, you can use the "Edit" tool to modify the font and text color as needed. If the test is part of a scanned page or image, you will first need to run our "Enhanced OCR" on the page in order to select and modify the text. The OCR tool is located on the convert tab.
