Hi,
I have this issue with PDF-Xchange 9.4 build 363.0
This issue only happen with PDF-Xchange because I opened the same file with multiple other apps (Acrobat, Nitro, PDF pro.. and there's no issue.
1- Complete form for client. OK
2- Client e-signs form, OK
3- When I get back the file signed, PDX duplicate a random line , in this case the first line in all the remaining lines.
This drives me crazy and makes my files not compliant anymore. So now I have to edit with PDF-Xchange and open the received file with another reader so I don't get that bug and can print the file properly.
I have contacted support but they never came back at me. When I reached them again one year later they say they will update me which they never did. Hoping someone had the same issue with a solution.
Anyways I love PDF-Xchange and tried them all, but this bug is killing my productivity.
