Thumbnails in windows explorer

Thumbnails in windows explorer

when I assign pdf files to Adobe, I'm able to view thumbnails of the first page of pdf files in the "thumbnails" view of windows explorer.
When I assign pdf's to pdf-xchange (or foxit), no thumbnails.

Any advice on how to have thumbnails in the explorer and pdf's assigned to open with pdf-xchange?
