How to prevent stretching/compressing text when resizing text box? SOLVED

Sometimes I got PDF documents which contain different types of text boxes.

I open this PDF file and enabled "Edit" mode (in Home tab).
Then I mark such a certain text box and want to enter some more text. In order to give this box more space for the newly added text I resize it. Unfortunately the existing text inside is automatically stretched when resizing.

Accordingly it is compressed when I resize such a box to a smaller dimension

As I experienced there are other text fields which keep the text size during resizing.

How can I assign the attribute "Don't resize text when resizing" to the currently marked text field?

There is no attribute "Don't resize text when resizing".

When resizing textboxes, there is a difference in behavior between base-content-textboxes and comment-textboxes.

While resizing base-content-textboxes, you must make an additional click into the textbox after selecting it (in Edit mode).
Once you see the cursor blinking into the text of the textbox, you can resize it without problem.
