Modify a signed/certified document SOLVED

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to modify a document after it has been signed/certified. To be more specific: very often, in my job, after a document is signed, we have to send it to multiple entities. Problem: we have lots and lots of apendix and the document is often huge: so very often, we want to extract just the contract to be able to send it more easily than a huge document.

I don't find a way to do that in PDF X CHANGE (I even tried to delete the signatures, as I do not care if I loose the signature as long a a stamp indicates that the document has been signed by the parties and it is enough for our purposes). Other tools, like the free website "I LOVE PDF" allow to do it easily. But I'm concerned about the confidentiality and I would prefer to do it on my licensed, offline software.

Is it doable with PDF X CHANGE ?

The way I do it is using the Extract Pages command (Ctrl+Shift+E). Digital stamps turn into text/image if you elect to flatten form fields.
