it should already be available in Polish:
When you set the language of the Editor to Polish it should automatically translate the default stamps. Note that the default stamps font (Stencil) does not include all the non English characters, so "Top Secret" for example does not translate using the default font, but does if you choose an alternative or allow a font substitution:
Perhaps you are running an older version? This was tested in 9.4.363.0. I am keen to hear how this looks for you in that version.
