Merging 3 pdfs onto 1 page

I am trying to take 3 pdfs and merge into 1 pdf and have it on one page. Each page takes about a third of a page. This requires that I move the content up on one of the pdfs to make room for the other two. I have tried the snapshot tool and the resulting image is blurrier than the original. I have XChange Editor v9. I see no other way besides snapshot to copy what I am trying to move, selecting it, and then pasting it or selecting it and moving it.

I do this all the time.

The Snapshot tool produces horrible results and is difficult to use. But before "Merge Pages" as Daniel rightly suggests, I use "Combine Files into a Single PDF". Then, the source pages can be sequenced for single-page assembly. This is quick and easy and preserves Bookmarks, if any, although Merge Pages destroys the Bookmark destination assignments. If desired, specific areas of the new single page can be established as Bookmark destinations.
