Display tooltip in Bookmarks pane when not wrapping long bookmarks SOLVED

Hello all,

Even if "Wrap Long Bookmarks" is disabled in the Bookmarks pane, it would be nice to display a tooltip for a long bookmark. I have looked for a setting, but it does not seem to exist. Attached is a video comparison with Acrobat.
