ocasional freeze while using large pdfs at the same time

I have some pdf that when I use them (usually 5 tabs) x change starts to occasionally freeze.

Those pdfs consists of a lot of playable short videos. Each pdf has around 1gb.

I already tried changing settings in "performance" and "multimedia 3d" and "page display" but until now I couldn't get hid of those occasional freezes.

I have 16gb of ram and a CPU of 2.40GHz. Windows 10.
The xchange is Version: 9.4, build 364.0 (Sep 27 2022; 15:16:38)

When I use those pdfs with xchange my pc looks like this

This is one of the pdfs (not showing the freeze, just showing how the pdf work):

I made a process dump file and sent to the upload server. The name of the file is "PDFXEdit (igorlima 21.10.2022).DMP".

I only have those freezes when I'm using those pdfs

Any ideia what could be causing that? And how to prevent? Any settings I might use?

I am being asked if you can supply a file that reliably displays this issue. The memory dump is huge and we are not seeing in it what we need. We want try reproduce the issue here.
Do you have such a file we can test with?

I sent an e-mail on support@pdf-xchange.com with the link to one of the pdfs.

I discovered that the freeze happens a few seconds after I make an edit on the pdf. Like adding comments, highlighting a word. Even if Its only one of the pdfs open.
If I don't make any changes on the pdf, the freezes don't happen.
