My Read a loud is speaking in thick American accent, but I want it to take the windows default voice , which its not taking.
Can some one help me with this ?

Just go to preferences and disable use default voice and then you can choose some other voice
in my case windows voices.... so if anyone has some to recommend let me know... do you have to put them in some specific folder when you download them

The languages are handled by Windows - so this should help you with installing additional languages/voices:

Just installing additional (non-English) language packs in Windows 10 (32-bit) was not sufficient (for me).
I had to make a small modification in Windows Registry to make it work, using the following information:
