Is there any way to get the XY coordinates of where your mouse is at any one time? I recall there was a wee box that was in real time. I seem to have hidden it.
BETTER for my purposes - could I select a WORD and get the XY coordinates of it, or any part of it at all, easily?
This is also always shown in the bottom left area of the UI, if the window is wide enough to see the full toolbar:

Ah! How does that tool ever display the data? I mean, I can click on a word and click that there in the toolbar, but where do I get the result?
Daniel!
That's the Page Navigation Toolbar, right? In my zeal to customize EVERYTHING I seem to have found a way to drag the XY out of that toolbar. What is the formal name, so I can drag it back in there from Toolbar Customization?

1) Capture the X/Y coordinates of a (Text-) object ?
??
2) Restore the "Page Measurement" indication (in the "Document Options" toolbar) ?
- you can reset the "Document Options" toolbar, or
- you can drag the "Page Measurement" icon from the list with "Commands" into the "Document Options" toolbar
Note: to discover the name of an icon/item in whatever toolbar, go into "Customize toolbars...", click on the desired icon in that toolbar, right-click and select Properties. In the "Command Properties" dialog-box, you will see the "Image" and "Title"/"Short Title" properties.
