Can't select a line without selecting the whole page

This is the first time I've come across this problem. I don't know what it is about this particular pdf file that won't allow me to select just one sentence. If you try to underline one line, you end up underlining most of the page.

I'm using build 0034.

Did you try do same in Adobe Reader or Acrobat? Same problem is there too.
This is because pages contain hidden text (huge question sign). You can see it in print preview.
